Can you send me
more information or a printed catalog of your products? |

A: We do not
have hard copy printed catalogs available. Our web site contains all
of the products we manufacture with photos, code numbers and
dimensions of each product. It is in fact a virtual catalog of our
product line. We do have a CD ROM catalogue available. When you
place your first order with us, we will send you a copy of our
complete CD ROM catalogue.

2. Q:
Your prices are higher compare with
some companies I have inquired with? |

A: Our simple answer
is Quality. If you pay cheap prices then you will get cheap
furniture. It's simple as that but we DON'T since we have some
stocks and we manufacture all our furniture
with grade "A" quality, except if you have special request with the
material then we can talk it over.

What are the
finish options available? |

A: Our furniture
products come teak oiled, fine sanded and unfinished.

How long will it
take to produce my order? |
|
A: Production lead
time is normally 6 weeks depending on the products ordered, but we
have a huge number of items in stock and depending on what you
order, your shipment can be ready in as little as two weeks. Large
orders for hotels and other hospitality industry projects can take
longer, but once again, it really depends on the order. B & C
quality products have very little lead time and we can ship these
products almost immediately.

Do you have a
showroom in the continental United States where I can view your
products? |

A: We do not have a
showroom in the USA. We do have a Europe representative who can
answer any questions about our furniture and assist you in placing
your order.

How many items
will fit in a 40 foot container? |

A: The volume of a
container depends solely on the items purchased. We can calculate
the volume of your purchase based on the items you select and tell
you what percentage you need to add or subtract to meet that
requirement and fill the container to it's capacity.

How much is the
shipping to my port? |
|
A: We really can't
tell you that until we know the destination. Once we have received
that information we will respond with a shipping quote to the
destination you specify.

How can I check
your quality before I decide to purchase a container of furniture? |

A: You can come to our
factory or you can order samples which can be shipped to you at your
cost via DHL, Fed Ex or Air shipping.

Can you
manufacture custom pieces of furniture for my project? |

A: Yes. We will need
specific details including technical drawings, detailed
specifications and exact measurements. All custom pieces are
considered prototypes and pricing will depend on the volume of the
order.

I am planning a
trip to Indonesia soon. How do I find your factory? |

A: We can arrange to
have someone pick you up at your hotel and bring you to our factory
here in Indonesia. Or simply call us upon your arrival and we can
explain very easily how to find our factory.

Can you help me
manage the packing and shipping details of my order? |

A: Yes we can. Your
order is packed and shipped directly from the loading dock at our
factory and goes directly to the port.
